Can I get a refund if I don't like the soap I purchased?

Because all of our soaps are handmade in small batches, each bar is one-of-a-kind — the colors, swirls, and designs are unique and may vary slightly from what you see in photos. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on soap purchases. If your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our end, please reach out to us at denise@asoapisborn.com and we'll make it right.

Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?

We formulate our soaps with natural, skin-loving ingredients and avoid harsh synthetic additives. Our Gentle collection — including Oatmeal Maple, Chamomile with Goat Milk, and Oatmeal Honey — is specifically crafted for sensitive skin. That said, everyone's skin is different. We always recommend checking the ingredient list for any known allergens before purchasing. When in doubt, feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the best match.

How long will a bar of soap last?

With proper care, a bar of our handmade soap typically lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use. To get the most out of your bar, keep it on a well-draining soap dish between uses and allow it to dry completely. Avoid leaving it sitting in standing water, as this will cause it to soften and dissolve faster. Our Large and Mini Wood Soap Dishes are perfect for extending the life of your bar!

Do you ship nationally?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Our soaps are true handmade soap, crafted in small batches using natural oils, butters, and skin-safe colorants. We use the cold-process method, which preserves the natural glycerin that keeps your skin soft and moisturized. Every bar is made with love and care — no two are exactly alike.
